1/2CGentle Sweetor granular erythritol (or 3-4 drops of liquid Splenda)
1/3Capple cider vinegar
2TWorcestershire sauce
2tchili powder
1tgarlic powder
1/2salt
1/2celery salt
1txantham gumoptional for a thicker sauce
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Occasionally stir with a whisk. If using xanthum gum, add during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
