In a large skillet melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add broth or wine, salt, red pepper flacks and black pepper and bring to a simmer. Let liquid reduce to about half. Takes apprx 2 minutes.
Add shrimp and saute until they turn pink, approx. 2-4 minutes.
Stir in parsley and lemon juice and heat.
Serve over pasta or accompanied with crusty bread
