- 2 c. heavy cream
- 2 c. whole milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 T. vanilla extract
- pinch of kosher salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender until ingredients are completely combined, and sugar is dissolved.
Pour batter into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions to freeze the ice cream.
Pour ice cream into safe container, sealed, and freeze for 1-3 hours before serving.
