Mix together garlic butter and set aside (butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano)
Heat a cast iron skillet on your stove over high heat. Grease the pan with olive oil and 1 Tbs butter being sure to brush the plates.
Pat steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Grill steaks for 3 minutes each side until browned, reduce heat to medium and cooked to desired doneness, flipping to maintain even cooking. For medium it took me approx. 8 minutes. Transfer steaks to a warm plate and cover to keep warm
While steaks are set aside and stove heat is at medium add your shrimp and garlic, cooking until opaque approx 3 min (depending on size and thickness of shrimp) flipping halfway through cook time.
Add steaks back into skillet and slather steaks and shrimp with the garlic butter mixture.
