In a mixing bowl, stir together the 2 cans of soup and the salt and pepper and garlic. Set aside. In the bottom of the crock pot, place the minute steaks, then layer the other ingredients. Finally, cover the ingredients with the soup mixture. I normally cook this recipe on low for 4-5 hours, but you can change it up according to your crockpot settings. Before serving, bake the 2 potatoes in the microwave, then slice them into individual bowls. Add the crockpot steak and gravy atop the sliced potatoes.
