Easy and delicious, these little nuggets can be made to just the right size for your occasion.

- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 pkg puff pastry sheets
- 1/4 C red pepper jelly (green works, too.)
- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C water
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In medium saucepan, bring sugar and water to boil. Add cranberries and cook 10 minutes
Let cool and gel. Add pepper jelly and stir. Set aside to cool.
Thaw puff pastry. Using 1 sheet, cut into 9 squares
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Gently mold each square into muffin tin.
Cut cream cheese block lengthwise, then cut a pad and place in each pastry. (Approx. 1 t)
Once cranberry sauce is cooled and thickened, dollop a heaping teaspoon over each pad of cream cheese.
Bake for approximately 9 minutes.Note: You may also want the smaller variety. Just use a mini muffin tin and place ingredients accordingly. Enjoy!
