Combine Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Add steak bites and toss evenly to coat
Heat 2 tsp oil in a skillet over medium high heat until hot. Sear the steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes each side until edges start to crisp and brown. Set aside
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and melt. Saute minced garlic until fragrant (30 seconds or so), while scraping pan to get all dripping and brown bits included.
Remove pan from the heat and put the steak bites back in and toss evenly in the garlic butter to coat
Serve warm and Enjoy!
