Ingredients
5piecesof green curly leaf lettuceoptional
1bag of spinach
1or 2"cutie" mandarin orange or canneddrained
4slicescooked baconbroken
1/8Csesame seeds
Your favorite poppy seed dressing.I think I like them all
Instructions
Microwave the bacon for approx 3 minutes. Wash and spin the lettuce and spinach. On a platter make a bed with the lettuce, then layer the spinach, orange sections, bacon, sprinkle the sesame seeds and top with broken pieces of bacon. Finish off by drizzling the salad dressing over the top or serve in a small bowl on the side.
