Sugar-free Almond Joy Dark Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C coconut oil
  • 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 t coconut flavoring
  • 3 t KetoseSweet Natural Sweetener liquid
  • 1/4 C almonds whole, chopped, or sliced
  • 1/4 C unsweetened coconut
  • Small pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • If the coconut oil is solid, soften it in the microwave for about 15 seconds, until liquid.
  • In a medium sized bow, combine the coconut oil, cocoa powder, KetoseSweet sweetener, salt, and coconut flavoring, and stir well.
  • Line an 8 x 8 dish with parchment paper or foil. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly onto the parchment paper or foil.
  • Sprinkle the coconut, almonds, and sea salt over the top.
  • Pop into the freezer until hardened. When ready to eat, break into pieces.
