I use Trim Healthy Mama brand
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Beat eggs whites until semi-stiff. Slowly add 1/4 cup Swerve, cream of tartar, and vanilla.
Continue beating this egg white mixture for two minutes.
Combine the remaining 1/2 cup Swerve and the oat fiber. Fold into the egg whites.
Spoon the batter into an angel food cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Cool cake upside down completely before cutting from pan.
