- 2 C plain Greek yogurt
- 1 C diced cucumber
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp dill chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Stir all of the ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with chopped veggies (peppers, cucumbers, carrots) or pita chips for dipping. Or serve as a sauce for beef or chicken kabobs.
