package of Jello-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin

1/4 oz
envelopes of Knox Unflavored Gelatine

C
boiling water
1/2
C
canned coconut cream
4
C
fresh berries
blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries
2
squirts
liquid Splenda
or 1/4 C Splenda (the powder)
Instructions
Mix first 2 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in the coconut cream.
Pour into a 13x9 inch-pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Stir in berries and refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Cut into 12 bars and top with sugar-free whipped cream, if desired.
Keep refrigerated.
