This is a Trim Healthy Mama S recipe adapted from Trim Healthy Future

- 1 C Baking Blend or use half almond flour, half coconut flour
- ¾ C Swerve or use your favorite sweetener
- ¼ C oat fiber
- 1½ T ground ginger
- ½ t cloves
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- ½ t salt
- ½ t glucamannon (optional)
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 T molasses
- ½ C unflavored coconut oil or butter at room temperature
Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray 1 large cookie sheet.
Mix everything together and then spoon walnut sized balls onto the sheet. I use a cookie scoop. Make a criss-cross pattern on each cookie with a fork.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
