Quick and Easy Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
  • 4 oz water
  • 1 C sugar alternative (Gentle Sweet or Swerve) (Gentle Sweet or Swerve)
  • 1 t vanilla
  • ½ t lemon juice
  • ½ t orange extract optional

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat until all of the berries pop, about 5 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low, and cook until desired thickness.
  • It will thicken more as it cools.
