Ingredients

3-4 lbs
chuck roast
1
packet
ranch seasoning
1
packet
au jus gravy mix
1/2
cup
butter
6-8
pepperonicini peppers
Instructions
Place roast in your crockpot and sprinkle ranch seasoning and au just mix on the top. Scatter peppers on top and then add the butter as the very top.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles! Enjoy
Notes
No need to add any liquid to the roast.
Lower calorie version - use only 1/4 cup of butter.
