Ingredients
For the salad:

head of cabbage
shredded

of sliced almonds

cilantro
chopped

cooked chicken breast
shredded

sesame seeds
For the dressing:
1/2
C
all-natural
no sugar added peanut butter
3
drops liquid stevia or Splenda
1/4
C
unsweetened almond milk

t
toasted sesame oil
2
T
rice vinegar
2
T
apple cider vinegar
3
T
soy sauce
1/2
t
salt
1
t
ground ginger
1/4
t
sriracha sauce
optional
Instructions
Make the dressing in a small bowl by whisking together all of the dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, toss all of the salad ingredients and the dressing ingredients together.
Garnish with extra cilantro and a little extra sriracha is you like spicy food. :)
