Cheesy Chicken Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 large block 2% Velveeta cheese
  • 1 box Rigatoni cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of Rotel
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to directions on the box, set aside.
  • In a large pot, add in Velveeta cheese, cream of chicken soup and Rotel. Mix well and melt over medium low heat.
  • Once melted and mixed, add in shredded chicken and pasta and mix well.
  • Once combined top with shredded cheese and place the lid on until melted. Stir and Enjoy!
