Cook ground beef in a large pot, drain fat and grease from pan.
Add onion and bell peppers, cook until tender.
Add diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce and italian seasoning. Mix well and add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and rice. Mix well,
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and cook covered for apprx 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and cover again and allow to sit off of the heat for approx. 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and enjoy!
