Overnight Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. rolled oats I use steel cut
  • 1/2 c. vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 t. honey
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1/8 t. cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight for at least an hour.
  • Remove from the fridge and either serve immediately or warm gently in microwave.
