For the frosting:

heavy whipping cream or half & half
Instructions
Spray a coffee mug with non-stick cooking spray.
Stir flaxseed meal, almond flour, baking powder, and salt together in the mug.
Whisk in eff, butter, and vanilla. Swirl in cinnamon with a knife.
Microwave for 1 minute.
For the frosting: soften cream cheese and sweetener together in microwave. Stir in butter and cream until smooth. Spread over your warm muffin.
