Keto Cinnamon Roll Muffin In A Mug With Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • For the Muffin:
  • 2 T golden flaxseed meal
  • 2 T almond flour
  • 1 T liquid stevia or Splenda or xylitol
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t butter room temperature
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • For the frosting:
  • 1 T cream cheese
  • 1 t liquid stevia Splenda, or xylitol
  • 1 t butter
  • 1 t heavy whipping cream or half & half

Instructions

  • Spray a coffee mug with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Stir flaxseed meal, almond flour, baking powder, and salt together in the mug.
  • Whisk in eff, butter, and vanilla. Swirl in cinnamon with a knife.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • For the frosting: soften cream cheese and sweetener together in microwave. Stir in butter and cream until smooth. Spread over your warm muffin.
