Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain grease
Pour in crushed tomatoes, garlic salt and Italian seasoning Stir to combine and keep warm.
Cook penne pasta according to directions to al dente. Firm but not undercooked. Drain pasta and pour half of it into greased 9'x13" pan.
Spoon half the meat mixture over the pasta. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
Lay half of the pepperoni's on top of cheese
Then layer remaining ingredients in same order. Pasta, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and starting to brown.
Remove from oven and allow to slightly cool. Enjoy!
