Winter Mulling Spices

Serves: 4 pint jars
Ingredients
  • 1 cup mulling spices (allspice berries, whole cloves)
  • 4-6 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 c. orange peel
  • 2 c. cranberries
  • 8 sprigs of rosemary or fraser fir
Instructions
  1. Store ingredients in air-tight container (such as a mason or pint jar) until ready to use.
  2. First add: mulling spices & cinnamon sticks, then orange peel, cranberries, and finally fir sprigs.
  3. When ready to use, pour out desired contents into a saucepan. Add approx. 1c. water and heat on low.
