S'mores Popcorn Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 bag natural microwave popcorn
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows
  • 2¼ c. Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Pop popcorn according to package directions, set aside
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter
  3. Continue cooking until butter begins to turn golden brown
  4. Add marshmallows, and stir constantly until marshmallows have melted
  5. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla
  6. Add popcorn and Golden Grahams, and fold into marshmallow mixture.
  7. When mixture is cool enough to handle, lightly spray your hands with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Scoop about 1 c. of the popcorn mixture and smoosh into a ball.
  9. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, and gently press them into the popcorn ball.
  10. Place on a sheet of waxed paper, parchment paper, or silicon baking mat to cool.
