So easy and delicious is this kettle corn. Make it ahead of time and enjoy. Makes a big batch!

Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 C white sugar
¼ C corn syrup
½ t salt
¼ t baking soda
½ t vanilla
Approximately 4 quarts popped corn
Instructions
In medium-sized saucepan, melt butter; stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil over medium heat without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla. In a very large bowl filled with popped corn, pour hot syrup over the corn, mixing very well. Turn popcorn onto a 1 large baking sheet or 2 smaller. Bake, uncovered in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes, stirring and turning the popcorn after 15 minutes. Remove from oven; and cool. Break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in airtight bag or container.
