Quick and Easy Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ⅔ C sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ C vegetable oil
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • ½ t nutmeg
  • ¼ t cloves
  • 1 16 oz can of pumpkin
  • 1 C water
  • powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs and stir them into the mixture.
  4. Add water and oil.
  5. Beat on low speed until well blended.
  6. Add the pumpkin.
  7. Blend on low speed until smooth.
  8. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until tooth pick comes out clean.
  9. Invert onto a service dish and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
