Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ lb. bacon - cooked, coarsely chopped
  • 8 lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • ½ avocado chopped
  • 2 T. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1-2 c. cooked, coarsely chopped chicken
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • favorite dressing ( I use homemade Ranch)
Instructions
  1. Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Carefully add tomatoes, bacon, avocado, chicken, basil, and any extra seasonings.
  2. Drizzle with favorite salad dressing
