Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
  • 4 cups diced rhubarb (1" pieces)
  • 1 (3oz) pkg strawberry jell-o
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup cold water
Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Arrange rhubarb pieces in bottom of pan.
  2. Sprinkle dry jell-o over the top
  3. Next sprinkle the sugar flowed by the cake mix.
  4. Drizzle butter over the top, followed by drizzling the water.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for apprx 45 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
