Rhubarb Dessert

- 4 cups diced rhubarb (1" pieces)
- 1 (3oz) pkg strawberry jell-o
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
- ½ stick butter, melted
- 1 cup cold water
- Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Arrange rhubarb pieces in bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle dry jell-o over the top
- Next sprinkle the sugar flowed by the cake mix.
- Drizzle butter over the top, followed by drizzling the water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for apprx 45 minutes.
- Serve topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
