Italian Spumoni

Serves: 18 cups
- 3 quarts dairy soft serve ice cream
- 1 C your favorite hot fudge sauce or chocolate syrup
- 2 jar maraschino cherries, drained; 1 jar chopped; 1 jar left whole
- ½ lb of lightly salted almonds, chopped
- clearplastic punch cups
- Starting with ice cream, layer the ingredients, making sure to have 3 layers of ice cream.
- Let thaw for 5 minutes before serving. Finish with chocolate topping/hot fudge sauce and a cherry on top.
