Chicken Artichoke Salad (Sandwiches)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 package Chicken flavored Ricearoni (prepared as on package omitting butter)
  • 6 sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup sliced stuffed green olives
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • 12 oz marinated artichoke hearts
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Combine ricearoni, onions, green pepper, olives, marinade from artichokes, mayonnaise and curry.
  2. After mixed well, toss in artichokes and chicken
  3. Store covered until ready to serve.
  4. Serve on crossiant, lettuce leaf or plain
