Homemade Creamed Corn

Ingredients
  • Apprx 2 lbs frozen corn
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3-8 oz cream cheese
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • sugar to tast
Instructions
  1. Sautee all ingredients in butter with the exception of cream cheese.
  2. Add cream cheese 3oz-8oz depending on your preference and desired creaminess
  3. Season with garlic salt, pepper and sugar to taste
  4. Cook on stove top until heated through or transfer to baking dish and bake at 300 degrees until heated through
