Grilled Pork Chops with Honey Balsamic Barbecue Sauce

- For the pork chops:
- 6-8 Iowa chops or butterfly chops
- For the Barbecue Sauce:
- 2 T honey
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 4 T ketchup
- 2 T soft brown sugar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 drops hot sauce (optional)
- Grill the meat on medium heat until cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
- Mix the barbecue sauce together until combined. Brush onto chops during last 2 minutes of grilling.
This sauce is great for pork chops, chicken, ribs, or barbecued beef.
