Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 1 cut- up cooked fryer chicken (or about 4 cups of cooked shredded chicken)
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 4oz jar diced, drained pimentos
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ¼ c. finely diced green pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2½ c. grated cheddar cheese; divided
  • 1 t. seasoned salt such as Lawry's
  • ground pepper to taste
  • ⅛ to ¼ t. cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to directions on box.
  2. Drain spaghetti.
  3. Then drain the pimentos.
  4. Dice the pepper and onion.
  5. Place cooked spaghetti in a large bowl. Add the cream of mushroom soup. Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese
  6. Then add the onion, green pepper, and pimento.
  7. Add the seasoning salt, black pepper,and cayenne pepper.
  8. Finally, add the chicken and broth.
  9. Stir together, and pour the mixture into a large baking pan and top with the remaining ½ c. cheddar cheese. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until bublly
