Hummus Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
  • ¼ c. hummus (store bought or homemade)
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
Instructions
  1. Lay tortilla on a cutting board.
  2. Spread each with an equal amount of hummus
  3. Cover hummus with cucumber slices.
  4. Sprinkle the carrots evenly over the cucumber.
  5. Roll up each tortilla and serve.
