Buffalo Chicken Salad {Healthy}
 
 
Eat this chicken salad mix in a lettuce wrap, as a sandwich or just alone!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped and cooked chicken
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs light mayonnaise
  • ½ - 1 Tbs hot sauce (depending on preference)
  • 1.5 tsp dry ranch seasoning mix
  • Fresh ground pepper (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, light mayonnaise, hot sauce and ranch seasoning, stir in chicken
  2. Serve as desired!
