Knock Your Socks Off Guac

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • ½ of a medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 T. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 T. fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ t. coarse salt
  • ¼ t. ground cumin
  • ⅛ t. hot pepper sauce
  • 2 large Hass avocadoes
Instructions
  1. Combine tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, cumin, and pepper sauce in a medium bowl.
  2. With a fork or potato masher, coarsely mash avocadoes in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in tomato mixture.
  4. Directly cover surface of guacamole and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
  5. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
