Crock Pot Cranberry Orange Turkey Breast

- 1 5-6 pound turkey breast, thawed
- 2 oranges
- 1 (14 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (1 oz) package onion soup mix
- optional: 1 can of cream of chicken soup to make gravy
- Place turkey breast in crock pot.
- Half oranges and juice. Pour juice over turkey. They slice oranges and place on top of and around turkey.
- Pour cranberry sauce and onion soup mix over turkey.
- Cover crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted into the center of the bird reads 180 degrees.
- Remove turkey breast to plate and let rest for five minutes before serving. Garnish place with orange slices if desired.
- To make gravy, turn crock pot to high setting and whisk in the can of cream of chicken soup. Heat until warm.
