Crock Pot Cranberry Orange Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  • 1 5-6 pound turkey breast, thawed
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 (14 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (1 oz) package onion soup mix
  • optional: 1 can of cream of chicken soup to make gravy
Instructions
  1. Place turkey breast in crock pot.
  2. Half oranges and juice. Pour juice over turkey. They slice oranges and place on top of and around turkey.
  3. Pour cranberry sauce and onion soup mix over turkey.
  4. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted into the center of the bird reads 180 degrees.
  5. Remove turkey breast to plate and let rest for five minutes before serving. Garnish place with orange slices if desired.
  6. To make gravy, turn crock pot to high setting and whisk in the can of cream of chicken soup. Heat until warm.
