Winter Mulling Spices

Serves: 4 pint jars
- 1 cup mulling spices (allspice berries, whole cloves)
- 4-6 cinnamon sticks
- 2 c. orange peel
- 2 c. cranberries
- 8 sprigs of rosemary or fraser fir
- Store ingredients in air-tight container (such as a mason or pint jar) until ready to use.
- First add: mulling spices & cinnamon sticks, then orange peel, cranberries, and finally fir sprigs.
- When ready to use, pour out desired contents into a saucepan. Add approx. 1c. water and heat on low.
