Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups of apples finely diced (peeled or unpeeled, your choice)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • topping
  • 4 Tbs melted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1-2 cups nuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine and mix first four ingredients (sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla), stir in diced apples
  3. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon and add to wet apple mixture, mix until well combined and all ingredients moist.
  4. Pour cake mix into a greased 9x13 pan
  5. Prepare crumble topping by mixing all together and spreading evenly on top of cake mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
  7. Sere with whipping cream or vanilla ice cream
