Grease a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Combine on medium speed with a blender eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. In a separate medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Mix until smooth. Spread in pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
For the frosting, mix together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Then add vanilla. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
