Ingredients
  • 1 small round loaf of bread
  • 2 t butter, melted
  • 3 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 2 pieces of bacon, cut up into small pieces
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 3-4 spinach leaves
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to tast
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice off top of loaf of bread. Pick out the middle of the loaf. Drizzle 2 T butter inside and around the outer shell of bowl. Add 1-2 oz cheddar cheese, then the bacon pieces, tomatoes, then spinach leaves, the rest of cheese. Finish off with 1 raw egg on top.
  2. Surround bread bowl with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
