Sautee almonds and sugar together on stovetop stirring constantly until sugar dissolves and almonds are coated. (watch and stir carefully as almonds burn easily)
Cool and store in airtight container until use
Combine 8 dressing ingredients (spices, oil, vinegar, tabasco) until mixed well and set aside
Mix salad, oranges, strawberries, onion and celery together.
Just before serving toss salad and dressing together and top with sugared almonds.
