No Bake, Fresh Peach Pie

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
  • 1 Pie Shell (baked and cooled, graham cracker or vanilla wafer...you choose!)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 3 oz package of peach jello
  • 2 Tbs corn starch
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3.5-4 cups fresh peaches sliced (with or without skin, your preference)
Instructions
  1. Mix together the sugar, jello and corn starch
  2. Add to boiling water and continue to boil for approx. 2 minutes or until clear and thick
  3. Slice peaches and place in pie crust of your choice
  4. Pour cooked sauce over peaches and refrigerate pie until cool and set
  5. Serve with whipped cream
Notes
For an even lighter pie use sugar free jello and lite/sugar free cool whip.
