{4 ingredient}Pesto and Tomato Chicken

Ingredients
  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • 4 T prepared basil pesto
  • 1 can Rotel
  • ½ C shredded mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Line sheet with chicken breasts.
  4. Drain the can of rotel and spoon onto the top of chicken.
  5. Dollop the pesto on top of chicken.
  6. Bake about 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Pull out of oven, and turn broiler on high.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella on top of chicken and return to oven for about 5 minutes or until mozzerella is melted.
