Ingredients
  • ½ c. butter, softened
  • 1¼ c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • ½ t. salt
  • 2 - 2½ c. fresh blueberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Blend alternately with the milk.
  6. Fold in blueberries.
  7. Add paper cups in muffin tins.
  8. Pour in batter about ⅔ full.
  9. Sprinkle tops of muffins with sugar before baking.
  10. Let cool on wire rack.
