Cracker Barrel Cheese Ball
 
 
Make this cheese ball ahead for ease of entertaining.

Ingredients
  • 1 stick cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese - Extra Sharp
  • 2 sticks margarine or butter, softened not melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbs fresh minced onion
Instructions
  1. Mix together margarine and cream cheese
  2. add in onion
  3. grate cracker barrel cheese into mixture and mix well
  4. Mix into desired size ball and serve with crackers
Notes
This makes a large batch. I often make 2-3 cheese balls out of mixture and freeze the extra wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
Thaw in fridge overnight before serving frozen cheese ball.
