This recipe is adapted from Trim Healthy Mama Big Boy Smoothie. The authors also add 2 scoops of whey protein powder. I add the protein powder when drinking this as a meal but omit when serving as a side or dessert.

Ingredients
2 C unsweetened almond milk (skim milk also works)
2 C ice cubes
3 C frozen strawberries
4 t Truvia
2 pinches sea salt (table salt also works)
½ t vanilla
2 scoops whey protein powder, optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
