Mini Fruit Pizzas

Serves: 36 mini muffins
- 1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 extra large tub of cool whip
- Cut up fruit of your choice. I used blueberries, clementines, strawberries, and kiwi.
- Roll sugar cookie dough into ¾ inch balls.
- Place balls in mini muffin tins.
- Bake for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let cool.
- Then remove from tin using a butter knife.
- Let cool another 5-10 minutes on a wire rack.
- Meanwhile, blend together cream cheese and cool whip.
- Using a plastic bag for piping, frost the mini-pizzas.
- Then garnish with fresh fruit.
