Mini Fruit Pizzas

Ingredients
  • 1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 extra large tub of cool whip
  • Cut up fruit of your choice. I used blueberries, clementines, strawberries, and kiwi.
Instructions
  1. Roll sugar cookie dough into ¾ inch balls.
  2. Place balls in mini muffin tins.
  3. Bake for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Then remove from tin using a butter knife.
  6. Let cool another 5-10 minutes on a wire rack.
  7. Meanwhile, blend together cream cheese and cool whip.
  8. Using a plastic bag for piping, frost the mini-pizzas.
  9. Then garnish with fresh fruit.
