Ingredients
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 Jiffy Corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C sour cream
  • ½ C melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into lightly greased casserole.
  3. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Notes
Optional: Add chopped 1.2 C green pepper and/or ½ C chopped onion.

Freezes well. Freeze before baking. When ready to use, thaw overnight in refrigerator, then bake.
