Coconut Carribean Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ c. orange juice
  • ½ c. greek coconut yogurt
  • 1½ - 2 c. tropical fruit ( I used frozen strawberries, pineapple, and papaya)
  • ¼ c. shredded coconut
  • 3 T. honey
  • 1 c. ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Pulse several times until smooth. Garnish with fruit. Store in refrigerator for 1-2 days.
