Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together all ingredients. Then form into balls. Flatten balls with fingers to ⅛ inch thick, or use a rolling pin, if needed.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cook for 2 minutes before gently transferring to a wire rack.
